The Day I Realised Loyalty Has Limits
Now, this is one of my biggest dilemmas for so many reasons.
An emotional and moral rollercoaster creating pure mental head f*ck.
This is not supposed to be such a hard question. Should I change jobs? Occasionally it can be hard due to the unknown, but overall,
o Do you like your job? Yes/No.
o Does your job give you fulfilment? Yes/No.
o Do you like your co-workers? Yes/No.
o Does your job make you miserable? Yes/No.
o Answer more yes than no, then stay.
o Answer more no than yes, leave.
