You can print your purchase whenever you need it for your own personal use.

PLEASE NOTE

This is a digital product, so there won't be a physical item sent to you.

Colours may look slightly different depending on your printer, paper and screen settings. Home printers also have a tendency to develop their own personalities, so please don't blame us if your printer suddenly decides it has run out of ink despite absolutely no evidence to support this.

Digital products are for personal use only and should not be resold, redistributed, copied or shared commercially.

HAVING TROUBLE?

If your download isn't working, the file appears to be corrupted, or you've accidentally received the wrong product, please get in touch and we'll do our best to sort it out.

Because even we don't think "have you tried downloading it again?" is a satisfactory customer service strategy.

RETURNS & REFUNDS — DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Because our products are digital downloads, there isn't anything to put back in the post, sadly. Once you've downloaded your bingo card, printable or other digital product, we can't exactly ask the postman to bring it back.

That said, we're committed to being fair and complying with your statutory consumer rights.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

All products sold through SelfDepreciatingSofa are digital products, such as printable PDFs and downloadable files.

You will not receive a physical product in the post.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, we ask you to agree to the download starting straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right once the download begins, where applicable under UK consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

Once you have downloaded a digital product and the supply has started with your express agreement, we generally cannot offer a refund simply because you've changed your mind, don't like the product or no longer need it.

Please have a good look at the product description and preview images before purchasing.

We promise we're not hiding anything in the tiny print.

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR DOWNLOAD?

If your file is:

• Corrupted or won't open

• Missing pages or content

• Significantly different from the product description

• Not the product you purchased

• Otherwise faulty

please contact us and we'll do our best to put things right.

Depending on the problem, this may mean providing a replacement file or another appropriate remedy. If the digital product cannot be brought into conformity within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may have a legal right to a price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

DOWNLOADING PROBLEMS

If you've purchased a product but can't access or download it, please contact us before assuming you've bought a very expensive piece of digital nothing.

We'll try to help you access your purchase or provide the file again where appropriate.

ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you've accidentally purchased the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. If the digital download has not yet been supplied, we'll consider your request in accordance with your statutory cancellation rights.

Once a digital download has been supplied with your express agreement for immediate access, the usual 14-day cancellation right may no longer apply.
